At last RIM have officially announced the BlackBerry Bold 9790 and BlackBerry Curve 9380 – two new additions to join the OS 7 portfolio.
The 9790 is an improvement over the 9780 with 2.44 inch screen, complete with 360×480 resolution and powered by 1GHz of CPU power. There’s also 8GB of memory onboard and a microSD slot that gives an additional 32GB of extra space.
The 9390 Curve has a larger 3.2 inch screen with a 480×360 display along with a 5 MP camera. It’s described as ‘the first all touch smartphone in the BlackBerry Curve family’.
No word on prices or availability from RIM as yet, but we’ll let you know as soon as we hear.
