ProCam – Temporarily Free

ProCam is designed to look and feel like a real pocket camera. The intuitive interface provides unobstructed control of all main camera functions through a rotatable mode dial and zoom knob. The orientation adaptive UI fully supports all orientations for the best user experience, particularly when using the volume snap & volume torch buttons. The status bar displays selected camera settings and battery status.

This app was announced on July 15 2012 in the App Store and normally retails for $0.99/£0.69. It’s currently free until tomorrow though, you can download it here.
