Interview Assistant HD – New iOS Productivity App

Interview Assistant HD is immensely useful because while it gives users a perfect pre-designed platform to structure and prepare their interviews, it still allows users to organize and design content for each interview they want to conduct however they see fit, without any restrictions. Once in the app, users can create separate interview categories and prepare unique question-by-question interview prompts that fit their specific needs. Afterwards, these prompts can quickly be filed and saved under their appropriate category for easy retrieval.

This app’s sheer flexibility, together with its documentation functions, interview review options, and post-interview rating capabilities ensure that no matter the interview situation, Interview Assistant HD will have its users covered. When they’re ready to begin interviewing, users can also create unique Interviewee Profiles for each person by name, position, surname, and/or their interview date. Another innovative feature is the app’s ‘Interview List’. This tool allows users to document the progress of multiple interviews at once, noting when interviews are completed, or noting how many questions interviewees have left to answer if some interviews remain incomplete.

This app retails for $1.99 and you can download it here.

After an interview is completed, Interview Assistant HD gives users the option of rating the quality of their completed interviews and/or their own personal satisfaction with them as well. Busy users are also given the option of logging their interviews graphically via the app’s calendar to help keep things organized and running smooth. Interviewing people can be a challenging process, so why not lessen the load?
