The Light Camera – Mark I – New
The Light Camera – Mark I is a brand new app to hit the Apple app store and has been developed by Trey Ratcliff of Stuck In Customs and 100 Cameras in 1 fame. For some reason and we’re not quite sure why only 50,000 copies of this app will be sold. It boasts ‘real time live view filters, effects and frames’.
Originally when this app was launched it retailed for $0.99/£0.69 already, one day later the price has increased to $1.99/£1.49. This is a universal app, for iPhone and iPad. You can download it here if you’d like to put it through its paces. We haven’t yet tested this app but the feedback coming in is not too good, we’ll let you know when we’ve had a chance to try it out for ourselves.

Joanne Carter is a British photography journalist, editor, curator, and the founder of *TheAppWhisperer.com*, one of the world’s leading platforms dedicated to mobile photography and art. Since its launch in 2009, TheAppWhisperer has become an international hub for artists of all levels to discover, learn, exhibit, and engage with contemporary photographic practice.Built on principles of inclusivity, accessibility, and artistic excellence, Joanne has spent almost two decades championing mobile photography as a serious artistic medium.
