Stackables is a very popular app for iOS effects layering and blending, packed with over 200 effects and it has just been updated with some great features including a new MASTER pack, buy it at a special introductory price and save over 50%. Includes all current and future in-app purchase packs. There’s also a new ARTISTIC pack and a new EMULSION II pack.

I’ve listed all the new features below. This is a free update, if you have previuosly purchased this app. If not, you can download it here, it retails for $0.99/£0.69.
