Pic of the Day (22) – Instagram – TheAppWhisperer

Here’s day twenty two of our brand new Pic of the Day section via Instagram.  Each day we will be selecting one image a day for our Pick of the Day section on Instagram with the #theappwhisperer. Furthermore, each month we will also offer an overall prize to the image that receives the most love.

Today, we congratulate @salopalo for his wonderful image ‘Would I Edit in Heaven‘, see below. @salopalo has also written some beautiful text to acompany this image, which is always very welcome, as follows:

“Í want a passport to heaven, to see all there is to see. I want to have a simple, fun conversation with my sister, who was too young, too wise, too nice to be. I want to say a heartfelt goodbye to my uncle just departed, to let him know that my little remembrance is but fond and kind and in me immutable. I want to greet him at the gates and tell him it’s Ok. I want to be there and reverse these tracks, to amend the silly moments, the wasted tears, the untruths I’ve come to see. I’d like to wake up and there decree a tabula rasa to all those inclined to only see themselves and their limiting fears. There surely is no wasted apple there, no gratuitous insult about pedigree, race or bodily inclinations. I would love to show my fading cousin a cosmic truth which would dissipate her present suffering. I want to be there, to confirm that the body is just a passing thing”.
