On day 6 @gilliannb was inspired to select this image by talented mobile photographer and artist @trishg61 and she writes “@gilliannb here for @theappwhisperer. I am a huge fan of the very talented @trishg61 (aka @frida_fanatic) and absolutely love this very cool Frida inspired image ✨“
On day 7 @gilliannb selected this image by another uber talented mobile photographer and artist @imagomimago – Mimi Svanberg and she writes “@gilliannb here for @theappwhisperer Monday is nearly over for me already, and tonight my eye was caught by this gorgeously gritty BnW portrait by @imagomimago”.

Joanne Carter is a British photography journalist, editor, curator, and the founder of *TheAppWhisperer.com*, one of the world’s leading platforms dedicated to mobile photography and art. Since its launch in 2009, TheAppWhisperer has become an international hub for artists of all levels to discover, learn, exhibit, and engage with contemporary photographic practice.Built on principles of inclusivity, accessibility, and artistic excellence, Joanne has spent almost two decades championing mobile photography as a serious artistic medium.
