Family First: A Very Special Week in Italy

I’ve been a little quiet here for the past week or so — and for the most wonderful reason.

I’ve just returned from Italy, where my eldest son, Jake, married his beautiful Italian bride, Stephanie. Our son Jovian was the Best Man, our daughter Bella was a bridesmaid, and for this hugely significant and beautiful family moment, everything else simply had to wait. ❤️🇮🇹

And what a week to step away! Apple made some significant launches and announcements while I was gone, and there’s plenty happening across mobile photography and TheAppWhisperer that I’m looking forward to catching up with.

But sometimes you have to put everything down and be completely present. Last week, being Mother of the Groom came first — and I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
