Today, we’re giving WOD Genius apps, each worth $1.99/£1.49. WOD Genius was designed, tested and approved by CrossFit coaches, Navy Seals, and Marines. Through extensive research, development, and testing the developers were able to create technology within a CrossFit mobile application that gives the user flexibility in their workouts without the need of a CrossFit gym. Functions Include:

WOD Generator – Allows you to select the equipment to which you have access and creates a WOD that fits your equipment.

HERO/Girls – Allows you to select the equipment to which you have access and displays HERO/Girls WODs that fits your equipment.

Movement Library – You have access to an extensive library that gives you a full description and video of each movement.

Timers – Stopwatch, AMRAP Timer and Tabata Timer are all built in.

Rounds for time – Complete the number of rounds. Score is the time when you have completed the last rep on the last round.

Varied Rep Rounds for time – Complete the number of rounds for time. Same score as the rounds for time, but the rep scheme is different.
