myDay+

myDay+ increases your productivity through extensive use of dynamic information retrieval which provides quick and accurate data input through entering only a few letters and having the system present a list of possibilities to complete the entry. The myDay+ website, myDayplus.com, adds even greater functionality by providing data backup, sync, data export to a spreadsheet or word processor, in addition to all the functions of the iPhone app.

On launch, myDay+, presents six buttons and a menu bar. The menu bar has links to the main menu, settings, a special myDay+summary screen, info screen, and links to an extensive help system. The six buttons on the main menu are: Check Appointments, Add Friend or Place, Add Appointment, Add Income/Expense, ToDo List and View/Modify Friends. Selecting any button opens its screen for data input or retrieval. The configuration and operation of all controls on the iOS app are identical to the controls on the OS X application. Upon opening the Check Appointments Screen six buttons are displayed: Last Week, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and Next Week; a convenient method of thumbing through a virtual appointment book.

Appsequence today is pleased to introduce SalaryBook 1.0 for iOS, their app that keeps a running tally of the earnings of those who charge by the hour for their services. Hourly workers enter their Hourly Rate, Working Days, Start & End Time (hours per day), and Unbillable Time into the Template Settings. Moving to the Dashboard, users may choose to automatically compute total earnings Today, This Month, or This Year. The Calendar window shows each day worked per month, and selecting any date displays a Summary of the hours worked that day. Selecting the Summary opens the complete Date record, which may be edited or notated. A template provides a way to set up a default work schedule quickly and efficiently. Freelancers and professionals may easily set parameters to generate daily or monthly earnings reports covering any period of time. All data may be exported via in-app email connectivity.

Today a US based animation company, Mupotoon LLC announced the release of the first ever animated series for iPhone, which will bring the iPhone users a hilarious, sidesplitting tongue-in-cheek look at the world’s biggest political news of the day. It’s a short animated spoof on global leaders and events shown through the mix of music, politics and cartoons.

The first episode of Mupotoon, now available to iPhone users through iTunes Store, is dedicated to the controversy surrounding the list of tax-evading celebrities, handed over recently to Wikileaks founder Julian Assange by a former Swiss banker Rudolf Elmer. According to Mr. Elmer, whom the British newspaper the Guardian called the "most important and boldest whistle-blower in Swiss banking history, the list contains offshore account details of 2000 prominent people.
