New – Vimeo iPhone App

It has taken a while but finally the official Vimeo iPhone app is here and waiting for you in the App Store for free. As well as browsing videos and liking and tagging, the feature we really value here at theappwhisperer.com is the video editor that allows you to record new material and edit it with transitions, titles, audio and video trimming support. Not only that but the key element that users have wanted from Vimeo is the facility to upload videos directly from their device and now you can. Once you have finished editing your movie on your iPhone, you can decide whether to save it to your camera roll or upload it directly to Vimeo. You can send raw footage or SD or HD formats as well as that you get stats too such as likes, comments and daily views, per video.

This app looks great and is definitely worth checking out – you can download it here, for free.
