This is a great photo editing app to have on your iPad and it includes the usual adjustment features, such as crop and rotate. It also adds effects to including pixelize/mosaic, blur/sharpen as well as a host of filters. There’s also drawing tools including, paintbrush, fill/gradient fill, spirograph and more.
