Our Flickr Group Showcase – February 24, 2013 – Mobile Photography & Imagery
We have put together another very special Flickr group showcase , our seventh of 2013 with some of our favorite images submitted over the past two weeks (usually this is a weekly showcase and we apologise for the delay last week). FolioBook Photo Portfolio – Updated
Foliobook is a popular iPad portfolio app to display your images and art. It’s just been updated and now allows for Dropbox synchronization by keeping your galleries synchronized with your Dropbox folders. There’s also a few other enhanced features too, allowing all elements, galleries, videos and categories to be moved around within a portfolio. In addition, images imported from Dropbox will now import the filename and this will be displayed with thumbnails and in metadata export. Laminar Pro – Image Editor – Updated – Now With Iris Filters
You may recall we announced the new version of Iris Photo Suite recently, being Laminar Pro. The problem with it was that the filters that users loved in Iris had not been ported over to Laminar Pro. Well now they have, in this latest update, Grunge/ Vintage/ LoFi filters are now part of the vintage section on Laminar. The Grunge frames, are part of set of border frames in Laminar. Also they have added back the ColorBalance control, it can be accessed as Edit -> Filters ->ColorBalance. As well as that in Blur/Sharpen added ZoomBlur.
