iPad 2 Launch Rolls Out

In the UK the Apple Store started accepting orders for the their iPad 2’s from 1 am today, despite some claims that eager buyers are having diffiiculty placing their orders, they are also being told they will have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for despatch of the new magical device.

Most of Europe and Canada’s Apple stores are also showing this time schedule. Austraila and New Zealand have the longest wait times at 3 to 4 weeks. Spare a thought though for our Japanese loving iPad fans who actually have no date set yet since Apple pulled out of the launch in Japan following the recent earthquake. Hang in their guys…
