Rumor – Aperture Coming To iOS Devices
Now this I would really like to see. Patently Apple have information relating to Apple possibly working on Aperture for the iPad. Well, indirectly speaking of course, it’s more to do with the rumoured touchscreen iMac that we keep hearing about. If this can be incorporated onto the iPad though, that would be truly great for editing images on the go as well as sorting them and showing clients. We’re not quite how this would pan out realistically speaking of course, as the iPad would reduce the image size but the concept is great and very exciting.
Obviously iPhoto is available for the iPad at the moment but it is not as extensive as Aperture and this would really help the pros out, especially if the images could be transferred back into Aperture on your main Mac simultaneously, as you can in similar ways with the new Adobe iPad apps and PS5.
We’ll keep an eye on this story as it further develops.
