Remote Viewer – New iOS App

BeLight Software have unveiled Remote Viewer, a free app for iPhone, iPod, and iPad that lets you view files stored on your Mac from a distance. This iOS app utilizes Quick Look technology to browse and preview documents right over the internet, so now you can access your files wherever you are.

Remote Viewer uses Mac OS X Quick Look technology to read the most popular files formats from a variety of programs:

  • Documents created in Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Microsoft Word and Excel, OmniGraffle, and other programs.
  • Picture files from PDF, PSD, AI to the more commonly used JPG, TIFF, and PNG.
  • iOS-compatible multimedia files such as MP3, AIFF, MP4, MOV, and others.
  • All files that can be viewed using Quick Look technology on Mac computers
