Experience

media_1314092897897.png

Movie Looks was born from a decade of experience in crafting professional color tools for the movie industry. We began making technology for the Hollywood ‘big guys’ in 2001. Now we have taken our most popular film treatments – used for movies and TV series like Benjamin Button and Lost – and pumped them into your phone. Movie Looks gives your mobile footage just the right look with vivid, evocative colors and even adds cinematic touches like soft overlays and widescreen black bars.

Focus on your kids, not the app

Don’t build your colors from scratch or bother learning what a vignette is. We’ve done the hard work already, creating one-tap color treatments that really work for mobile videos. Select a video, load it into the app, and choose a gorgeous preset. Two sliders, one button, results that rock. This lets you concentrate on the important things, like what your kid is doing — or shouldn’t be doing — while you glamorize that footage.

Instant movie magic on your phone

Movie Looks applies amazing Hollywood-inspired effects with one tap — but don’t let that fool you. There is an incredible amount of sophisticated color processing technology working behind the scenes, as your phone creates what filmmakers have done for years on high-end machines. We even color balanced specifically for iPhone 4 and 3GS video, taking care of typical problems like magenta cast and over-brightness, and built in a smart pause so you can take a phone call. Please Note: Looks are applied instantly but render times may be lengthy
