Our Weekend App Giveaway – Best Baby Monitor

Welcome once again to our Daily/Weekend App Giveaway section of theappwhisperer.com. We value our readers so much we want to share our love of apps with you. That’s why we have created this new section as each day we will be giving away free apps.

Today we have Best Baby Monitor apps to giveaway, each worth $4.99/£2.99. Best Baby Monitor allows you to use your iPhone, or iPod touch as a child unit device, place it near your baby and let it stream live video and clear audio from the child’s bedroom to the Wi-Fi network. Your other device, ideally iPad with its large and beautiful screen will work as a parent unit, displaying the video full screen, and giving you unprecedented insights into your little one’s life. Automatic discovery and configuration always keep your child unit and parent unit connected together. Voice level indicators let you see your little one’s voice activity even when the parent unit volume is turned down.

This looks like a fantastic app, when my children were little I, like many, had to make do with a very basic Tomy battery powered baby monitor. My eldest boy hardly slept at all and in fact I had to keep a sleep diary in the end, this can effectively all be done within this app on the Activity Log – so helps even the most sleep deprived parent out. BBM is a really wonderful and useful app and will be appreciated by many.
