FieldCam 2 – Newly Rewritten iPad Photography App From The Developers Of 645 PRO

FieldCam 2 is effectively a brand new app from the developers of 645 PRO, it is a massive upgrade to the original app of May 2011. It really takes advantage of the better camera hardware in newer iPad devices, including the new iPad mini, to deliver great images that hark back to a number of photographic processed from the last 150 years—all backed up by a stunning steampunk user interface with plenty of “brass, glass and class”.

FieldCam was originally a little bit of fun for iPad 2 owners. Now it’s much more fun, and it also helps people take great pictures. We think of it as a serious camera that doesn’t take itself too seriously!

This app retails for $1.99/£1.49 or if you have already purchased the original FieldCam, this is a free upgrade. Click here to download/update.

My mom just got the iPad mini. Will share this with her. By the way, is Fieldcam a complicated app? My mom likes thing fairly simple.

This looks way cool! I am a HUGE fan of jag.gr and their amazing apps.
6×6, 6×7 and of course the magnanimous 645 Pro are very important components of my workflow. And now it looks like I will have to add another of their fantastic products to my collection.
