Creative iPhone Photography & Mindfulness Yoga Retreat with Karen Divine and Mary McCann

I’m so pleased to publish this wonderfully sounding four day Mindfulness and Photography Workshop on behalf of Karen Divine. The event begins on the evening of Thursday May 29th and runs until the afternoon of Sunday 1st June 2014 on an island in the Casco Bay of Maine.

Karen describes the retreat as ‘beginning with a practice of gentle yoga and meditation to cultivate the open and relaxed state that allows our stories to be revealed. We will engage in visual and written exercises designed to expand perspectives and unlock the creative possibilities using the little camera and processing apps on our iPhones’.

To book or to find out more information, contact Mary McCann on: 207-829-6444 or email her here: drmmccann@gmail.com.

It really looks fabulous, wish I could attend in person!
