This week week have remained in contact with Teresita Alonso Garit, developer of the hugely popular app, iColorama who has been fleeing Ukraine. One of the treatments I have commenced at hospital this week, is to take part in a six week course of Chi Kung and I’ve been practising it at home ever since, much to the amusement of those who I share my life with.
