Huawei Launches Pop-Up Gallery to Celebrate Winners of Community Photography Initiative
Huawei today announced the launch of a new pop-up gallery in the heart of East London to celebrate the winners of the Huawei and Dazed Reveal The Real You community-led photography initiative. Open to the public from Thursday 8th March – Sunday 11th March at Top Office Machines, 133-135 Bethnal Green Road, London, E2 7DG, the gallery will feature imagery from Anthony Shintai Amao, Kat Collins and Sahvannah Amaka, all shot on the Huawei P10 smartphone, in addition to a book which has been produced to document the project and partnership with Dazed. Mobile Photography – Huawei Awards Three Rising Photography Stars £10,000 To Make A Difference In Their Communities
Passionate photographer, performance artist Anthony Shintai Amao has today been unveiled as one of the three national winners of Huawei and Dazed’s Reveal the Real Youcommunity-led photography competition. Anthony’s winning photos will now be displayed in a “Living Gallery” from Wednesday 17 Sunday 21st January 2018 in the Rotunda Square at Birmingham’s Bullring Shopping Centre.
