    I think you missed a really great APP VM Release http://vmrelease.com
    VM Release is a virtual model release that allows photographers to create FULLY LEGAL model releases with signatures on their iPhones. AS I understand it this currently the only virtual model release APP that is fully endorsed by Getty and other stock photo agencies.
