i.Playboy For Your iPad – Now Available
Who would of thought this could get past the Apple police? Perhaps they are mellowing? Cynics might think otherwise.
i.Playboy is a web app, ie not available in the App Store but it is optimized for the iPad. Just head to i.Playboy.com and select whichever subscription offer you want. From $4.95 to try it for three days, or for the full package be prepared to part with $24.95 per month.
Whichever subscription plan you choose you will be able to access the current issue of Playboy as well as every back issue too. Without going in to too much detail, here, at least, you will find uncensored images in the back issues.
This business idea looks set to become very popular, not least because of the legendary content but also in part from the very interesting payment methods. Leading away from Apple’s monopoly, perhaps this is the way for all magazine publications for the iPad to go?
