Silent Film Director International Film Competition

MacPhun, the developers of the very new and popular app, Silent Film Director are running a contest with some great prizes for the best movie created with their app. There are six categories including, Best Drama, Best Action, Best Comedy,, Best Home Video, Featured Video of the Week and Featured Video of the Month. Winners from the Featured videos and Facebook videos of the week/month can win up to $25 of iTunes cards. Winners of the Best Drama, Best Action, Best Comedy and Best Home Video can win either an Apple iPad 2 or a $500 Apple Store Card.

    •    You can use other photo & video apps, but using Silent Film Director App is a must
    •    Submit your video, using “Submit to Contest” button from inside the App
    •    Make sure you mention your name, email and title of the movie, when submitting it
    •    Your video shouldn’t be no longer than 3 minutes
    •    You can submit any number of videos as you like
    •    If your video gets shortlisted, you will be notified about that via email

Joanne Carter is a British photography journalist, editor, curator, and the founder of *TheAppWhisperer.com*, one of the world’s leading platforms dedicated to mobile photography and art.
