Day 8 of the iTunes – 12 Days of Christmas is here and today you can pick up a single by One Direction called Gotta Be You. Normally this single retails $0.99 so if you want a try it out, it’s worth heading over to your 12 Days of Christmas app.

I didn’t get the 8th day christmas gift from itunes. I tried during four hours without any success. Once, I found the right page, but there were no gift to download.
This is very disappointing.How can I receive this gift now ?
Each day, I need to make a search to find the link. Itunes doesn’t send any mail to my address this time as it was the previous years. Sometimes it even says that I haven’t any account, that I need to install Itunes. Yesterday, I also found that a song from Benabar was offered. But as I leave in Switzerland, I could not have it. I do not even know what was the gift for Swiss people.

I have been charged £0.99 for this song when it was supposed to be free through the 12 days of christmas app. I followed the link on the app as normal. However, the funds debited my account today.
I would like this refunded. Please advise me of the steps I need to take to receive a refund. Thanks.
