How to use Track & Share

Track & Share features several life management programs in one app. Why? Because different areas of your life are related to each other and Track & Share understands that. Here is an example: for some folks, stress interferes with sleep and lack of sleep leads to weight gain. Now, does this dynamic apply to you? Do you want to better understand, manage, and enjoy your complex life? Here is how to do it.

Move the item that you care about to the top of a Track screen, e.g., make Sleep Duration the top item on the Sleep screen. Add the items that you suspect influence the top item. Set a goal for each item. Some examples for goals are Sleep:  7 hours, Stress: mild, Coffee: 2 cups, Exercise: Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Now start tracking. The graphs let you compare items in many ways. As you lower your coffee consumption, does your stress go down, too? Are you able to sleep longer? Yes? Great! Now, did your weight improve? Not so much? Try tracking consumption of soda or sweets. Can you see a positive weight trend now? Keep at it. Once you establish your habits keep tracking to make sure you stay on track.

As you get different domains in shape, keep moving to other areas of your life. Not so happy? Try practicing gratitude. Your stress levels and blood pressure improved as well?  Nice find. The possibilities of Track & Share are endless. Read the View descriptions to find out how you can customize Track & Share and how to make it truly your life management application.
