AppArt School – How to Get Started with the Lumafusion App

LumaFusion is a professional video editing app for iOS devices, and getting started with it is relatively straightforward. Here are the steps you can follow:

  1. Install the app: The first step is to download and install the LumaFusion app from the App Store on your iOS device.
  2. Open the app: Once you have installed the app, open it from your device’s home screen.
  3. Create a new project: To create a new project, tap on the ‘Create New Project’ button on the main screen.
  4. Choose a resolution and frame rate: You will be prompted to select the project’s resolution and frame rate. Choose the settings that match your video footage.
  5. Import footage: Tap on the ‘Import’ button on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen to import your video footage, photos, and audio files. You can also import media from your device’s camera roll, iCloud, or other cloud services.
  6. Edit your footage: Once you have imported your footage, you can begin editing it. You can use a variety of tools and features, such as trimming, splitting, adding transitions, text, and effects, to create your video.
  7. Export your video: After you have finished editing your video, tap on the ‘Export’ button on the toolbar to save your project. You can choose to export your video to your device’s camera roll, social media, or cloud storage.
  8. That’s it! With these simple steps, you can get started with using LumaFusion for your video editing needs.
