Update To iOS 8.1 Now and Regain Your Camera Roll and More

Last weeks’ Apple media event brought with it many exciting things, including the new iPad Air 2, iMac 5k Retina and also news of the first major update to iOS 8 meaning iOS 8.1 and it’s available now bringing back Camera Roll!  iOS 8.1 also brings bug fixes, speed improvements, interface changes and it also the new Continuity features that Apple mentioned last week. These include Text Message Forwarding and Instant Hotspot – allowing your iOS device to integrate with your Mac running OS X Yosemite.  Also of course iOS 8.1 introduces Apple Pay, the new payment service that is available in the US today and iCloud Photo library which allows photographers to save pictures and videos to their iCloud account.

Head over to Software Update now to upgrade to iOS 8.1.
