Through A New Lens: Works from the World-Wide Mobile Photography Movement Exhibition
I am so proud to announce the Perspective Gallery is to present “Through A New Lens”, an exhibition by seven internationally-recognized iPhoneographers. The exhibit, curated by my dear friend and museum professional, art historian and photographer, Gina Costa, demonstrates a broad range of styles and approaches used by mobile technology. Works range from traditional, “straight” photographs, to abstract and highly “apped” works of art. Visitors to the exhibition will observe the incredible span of possibilities mobile technology permits. We are delighted to announce we have recently sold fine art work entitled ‘Time in a Bottle, 2021’, in one limited edition from Award Winning artist M. Cecilia São Thiago, whom resides in Brazil, South America. This artwork has been shipped to a collector in Canada. São Thiago’s photographs are exquisite and allegorical in nature.
