Winners of the 2016 iPhone Photography Awards Announced
I am delighted to announce the winners of the 2016 iPhone Photography Awards. With thousands of entries submitted from mobile photographers from over 139 countries throughout the world, the jury had no easy task. The Grand Prize Winner Award goes to Siyuan Niu of Chine for his entry of The Man and the Eagle. First, Second and Third place Awards to to Patryk Kuleta of Poland for his image from the series Modern Cathedrals. Master of Photography: Leica and Sky Arts search for Europe’s Best Photographer
News just in from my friends and colleagues at Leica (not mobile but very interesting), Leica Camera AG, has announced that it is to become Sky Arts’ exclusive technical provider for ‘Master of Photography’, the first TV talent show dedicated to photography. Scheduled to be broadcast from 21 July in the UK and Ireland on Sky Arts, in Italy on Sky Arte HD, and in Germany and Austria on Sky Arts HD, Master of Photography is a new, unique international production that aims to promote photography in all its forms of expression. Mobile Art – A Message from Steve and Janet Wozniak for Carolyn Hall Young
Sometimes we make magic, as long as we have hope over fear and we all know that Carolyn Hall Young would agree with that. As you know, she is very ill at the moment, in hospital. A few days ago, I wrote to Steve Wozniak of Apple and tried very hard to describe Carolyn to him and how much she loves Apple.
