Phototwine – Updated
Phototwine is a social sharing photo app, with a difference. It allows you to view images from one event and not just your own. If you and several friends are attending a wedding reception for example and are all using this free app, you can then share all the images together, live as they are taken. EyeEm – Photo Filter Camera – Updated
I know many of you enjoy EyeEm, it is a great platform and Instagram alternative. It’s just been updated with a new camera with new filters, frames, cropping and photo enhancement. PowerSketch – Temporarily Free
PowerSketch is described by the developers as ‘a fascinating yet easy-to-use app that brings out the Picasso in you. 10+ realistic and creative sketch effects come standard with PowerSketch, including rice paper, picture-in-picture, shadow, wash, neon, and more. You can capture an image and turn it into a sketch or select an image from your camera roll or gallery to convert to a sketch’. ColorStrokes is a new app for your iPad or iPad Mini which lets you create stunning images with selective colors and mix and play with the colors on all your photos too is so many ways. Virgin Media Launch Their TV Anywhere App For The UK
We were recently invited to Virgin Media’s Head Office in London to view their brand new TV Anywhere app, we were incredibly impressed and wrote more about it here. PocketScout is a nifty little app that helps take the frustration out of scouting locations on your iPhone. Shutterstock – Now Available For iPhone
Shutterstock is a very elegant app allowing you to browse and organize literally millions of stunning stock shots from the world’s largest subscription-based image library. Previously this app was only available for iPad but this update brings iPhone capability. The iPhone version also lets you filter by color in multiple ways. This is a free app and update, of course.
