    This years MIRA Mobile Prize was dedicated to our very dear friend Carolyn Hall Young, a truly honourable, hugely talented and very much loved artist and friend to so many, not least myself and I truly miss her every single day. Thank you Manuela Matos Monteiro for organising this years competition and for dedicating it to our loved one, I know she would be so honoured and very proud.     NEM Kansas City 2014 Mobile Photography Exhibition This Weekend!

    We’re so pleased to announce the NEM Kansas City 2014 Mobile Photography Exhibition Opening Reception this weekend September 5, 2014 and continues through to September 30, 2014. Forty artists have been shortlisted for this exhibition hosted by Andrea Bigiarini with illustrious jury members Gina Costa (TheAppWhisperer Columnnist) and Brett Chenoweth. NEM is a museum without walls committed to the humanistic initiative of the mobile arts. The New Era Museum’s goal is to spread the concept that the making of a popular art form as a worldwide artistic movement is available to everyone with a mobile device.
