Welcome back to the thirty-second article in the column, Mobile Movies. We at TheAppWhisperer have been inspired by the Flickr upgrade of 1 Terabyte of storage for everyone and have wanted to launch a mobile movie section for some time. Now seems to be perfect, the new Flickr upgrade will allow for a full three minutes of 1080p HD quality video per single film and you can have as many as you have storage space for. We are utterly delighted to publish this weeks’ Flickr Group Showcase, so many of you have been completely inspired! Your work is exceptional, eminent and phenomenal. We lead this week with a wonderful image by lorenka61 – this image really struck a chord with me. It reminded me of Mya Angelou’s first book ‘I know why the caged bird sings’ and of course, unfortunately she passed on this week, so I thought this would make a wonderful lead image. Wow! We have just produced our latest Flickr Group Showcase, the first one for May 2014 and it is incredible! It’s so full of meaning and atmosphere this week, we begin with a fabulous image entitled ‘Glow’ by Bruno Ribeiro and that leads us into incredible imagery, with many of the trials and tribulations of life/relationships played out this week. This is particularly poignant with the portraiture that it leads into and then we view some outstanding travel and street photography, we then move steadfastly into breathtaking painterly images and next we’re greeted and buoyed by beautiful bouquets and individual floral still life images each with subtle lighting, luscious landscapes…
