iScoutLocation allows professional photographers, location scouts, travel agents, and event planners to capture, organize and communicate location specific information, recommendations, and photos with each other, team members, and prospective clients.

Location professionals typically scout locations prior to arriving with their team. iScoutLocation can be used during the recon process to capture and organize important location information such as water, food, rest rooms, shelter and parking.

iScoutLocation’s recommendation section details items including the best time of day and weather conditions that can make or break a specific location. It gives online links and discussions to share up to date information and experiences connected with specific locations.

iScoutLocation provides an easy way of adding, cataloging & retrieving photos and maps integrated with specific locations. The recommendations section contains photography recommendations including distinguishing features, types of photography, and equipment.

Not only does iScoutLocation allow you to capture information, recommendations, maps and pictures associated with specific locations, it also allows you to easily send it to team members and clients as text and attachments via standard email.

iScoutLocation ships with a sample database of Top 40 locations in San Francisco. The sample database provides a good example of how to use iScoutLocation to capture and share location information and photos. It also details some of the most interesting locations in San Francisco.
