No sooner has it launched and notched up over 1 million downloads on its first day but its now also had an update. iPhone – Hipstamatic – The Caring Sharing Update
Wonderful news, Hipstamatic has now been updated allowing you to share your awesome HipstaPrints directly to Instagram, there’s also a brand new HipstaShare system. Users can now easily swipe and zoom through their HipstaPrints and share to multiple photo networks at once. You can also tag your friends in Facebook and view the history of where your image was taken and where it was shared too. Instagram Coming Soon To Android
As we’ve been reporting for some time now, Instagram is porting to Android and following co-founder of Instagram, Kevin Systroms comments over SXSW weekend, it is going to happen very soon. Systrom demoed the app briefly on stage at SXSW, not the full walk-through as they’re not quite ready for that yet. Mike Krieger, co-founder, commented that ‘folks over at Android have been pretty impressed with the way the app leverages the platform.
