DigiFunArt Festival 2015 at The Seoul Museum of Art – Introduction
Many of you will be aware that I was invited to lecture at the Seoul Museum of Art, South Korea on 23 September 2015. It was a huge honour for me to be invited by DigiFun Art to participate in the DigiFun Art: Urban Scape Mobile Photography & Art Exhibition and Festival at this most prestigious museum. Seoul Museum of Art is the representative art museum of Seoul, the capital of Korea and a central city of Asia, that aims to be a ‘Beautiful, Good, and Smart Art Museum.’ In order to accomplish this goal, the museum has set up two major objectives: to become a world-renowned art museum…

I am delighted to publish the Seoul Museum of Art Flickr Group Showcase that I presented within my lecture this week on Wednesday 23rd September 2015. Mobile Photography and Art – Flickr Group Showcase – 26 July 2015 – TheAppWhisperer
Can we have it all? I think we might just be able to and no I am not talking about ‘The Wild Oats Project‘, I am talking about mobile photography and art. It’s actually the epitome of portably sharing photography and art. Like the former, it brings us closer to the climax that we’re all looking for, offering a deep psycho connection with one another, allowing us to fully articulate and immerse ourselves within our encounters. Mobile photography and art is envied by many and enlightening to ourselves. I hope you all enjoy this showcase as much as I do. Huge congratulations to the following artists for being featured this…

Another beautiful week for mobile photography and art from around the world is showcased today. Each image represents not only a glimpse of the artist capturing it but also of the subject too. I have included an image of my daughter, Bella, from yesterday. We queued for 8.5 hours, mostly in direct sunlight in London for an audition of the role of Modesty in the new Harry Potter spin off film, ‘Fabulous Beasts and Where to Find Them‘. It was an endurance test and she still managed to perform well at the end of it. (The photograph that you see below was taken after approximately 4 hours, unknowingly we still…
Mobile Photography – iSights – ‘Nailed it!’ by Janine Graf
We’re excited to publish our latest iSights column article by our fabulous editor Janine Graf. As always, it’s unique and full of humour. It is much harder to be funny than serious, especially on the page. When you write seriously you’re not hindered by the readers’ knowledge that you are trying to be serious. With humour the ‘funny’ writer is constantly measured against this intention to make the reader laugh. Fortunately, for us, Janine Graf is one very real laugh-out-loud funny writer and we’re sure you will love this. Over to you Janine (foreword by Joanne Carter).
