Apple Special Event – Today
It is not much longer to wait until we find out, for sure, what Apple has in store for us today. We will be covering the complete press event (as always), on our uber popular Twitter feed @TheAppWhisperer – if you’re not following us already and 25,000 of you are, then please do so, we don’t want you to miss a single thing. With Apple’s online store already down in preparation of this event, excitement continues to build. Ten whole years of iPhone have lead to this moment where we and many others expect Apple to announce the ‘iPhone 8/plus/X’ complete with OLED display, wireless charging and fail recognition. We are also expecting and hoping to see a new Apple TV with support for 4K video playback, a brand new Apple Watch Series 3 model and more…
This Apple event will be held in the Steve Jobs Theatre (for the first time) in Cupertino, California and at 10 am PT, that’s 1 pm ET and if in London, UK, it’s 6 pm. Most likely, the event will last for approximately two hours. We can’t wait, stay with us!

Joanne Carter is a British photography journalist, editor, curator, and the founder of *TheAppWhisperer.com*, one of the world’s leading platforms dedicated to mobile photography and art. Since its launch in 2009, TheAppWhisperer has become an international hub for artists of all levels to discover, learn, exhibit, and engage with contemporary photographic practice.Built on principles of inclusivity, accessibility, and artistic excellence, Joanne has spent almost two decades championing mobile photography as a serious artistic medium.
