Mobile photography has capsulated self portraiture, or selfies as they are known. Offering the ultimate notion of control, you’re not trusting someone else to capture you, you’re deciding how to frame yourself, you’re not relying on someone else to make you look good. The paradox at the heart of selfies is that they masquerade as a candid shot but in reality they are posed and often heavily edited. But at least for the younger audience, looking good, is not good enough, you need to look good in extreme scenarios. WaterField Debuts Sutter Tech Sling for New Apple iPad Pros and New MacBook Air
I must be one of the biggest fans of WaterField Designs, a San Francisco designer and manufacturer of custom laptop sleeves, bags and device-specific cases. On my recent press trip to Germany and Italy, I used continuously the iPhone Camera Bag that I have reviewed previously. It managed to carry comfortably, two mobile devices, glasses and some cash. The trip I was on was extremely energetic with helicopter rides, boat trips and fast street photography in Sorrento.
