Russia To Ban iPhone and iPad From 2015
According to a report in the International Business Times, Russia is set to ban the iPhone and iPad from 2015 ‘as a result of a new law that forces online services operating in the country to store their data locally’. This law doesn’t just affect any device that uses Apple’s US based iCloud servers but also potentially Facebook and Twitter too. A report from Progorod claims,"the internet ombudsman Dmitry Marinichev believes that Apple will not have enough time to move all the data storage to Russian territory by 2015".
