This week, the Women’s Mobile Street Photography Collective (Streets Ahead) is pleased and honored to feature Allie Astell in our interview section. I first noticed Allie’s work when she was featured in the ‘Adventures in Hipstaland’ series from the Hipstamatic team. This week, the Women’s Mobile Street Photography Collective (Streets Ahead) is pleased and honoured to feature Grace Brignolle in our interview section. I first met Grace very briefly on a visit to New York last year. I wasn’t aware of her work until then and I started to follow her on Instagram. Her composition and sense of timing made her images stand out to me, and I became an avid fan of her work. Streets Ahead Interview: Jeanette Vazquez
This week we are extremely pleased to feature Jeanette Vazquez in our interview segment of “Streets Ahead.” I was really happy when Jeanette agreed to do this interview… because I’ve been following her photography for several months now. And what I admire most about her work is that, at first glance, I think I am seeing just a simple ordinary candid shot. But when I pause and look more closely. I inevitably find myself discovering more layers.
