Halftone 2 can now create 3D comics! Put on your 3D anaglyph glasses, and watch your balloons, captions, and stamps pop right out of the page. Halftone 2 for iPad was released less than two weeks ago as an Apple Editors’ Choice, and since then, it’s had nearly 250,000 downloads.
