Huge congratulations to our APPart Color of the Day with Pantone Daily Challenge winner. The Color of the Day was Smoke Blue (17-4412) with the accompanying descriptives ‘Efficient, Organized and Smart’ We feel that @gummymitthai has captured the essence of these with this wonderful image, please check out her Instagram account, it’s fabulous. KickStarter – Daguerreotype & Ambrotype Inspired Mirror & Glass iPrints – iPhoneArt.com
Our friends and colleagues at iPhoneArt.com have launched a KickStarter campaign in order to raise enough money to create high end print products. They have been developing new printing techniques for digital art and photography for several years. Their focus on mobile arts has enabled them to design two new products that will be accessible to all. They have a target of $30,000 and have some way to go, they’re currently on $3,037 with 27 days to go and as with most Kickstarter projects, it will not be funded if the target is not reached. International Open Call For Photographic Art – IPA Quarterly Exhibition

Mobile art pioneers from around the world will show off their latest creations at the LA Mobile Arts Festival. The event will be Santa Monica Art Studios’ first-ever mobile arts exhibition showcasing nine days of mobile artistry from the heart of the West Coast’s contemporary art scene. THE iPhoneArt GRANTS program is designed to offer recognition to the best Mobile Artists around the world as iPhoneArt and iPhoneography lead this underground movement into the light. iPhoneArt’s FIRST grant will be awarded to the artist with the best work uploaded before December 1, 2010. The top 10 artists will be determined by votes cast by other members. All members are eligible to vote and to win.
