Welcome to the 32nd edition of “Streets Ahead.” My Goodness, it’s hard to believe that we’re now in our 30’s! It’s also hard to believe that we’re already a few months into 2014. Yep. March is now upon us. However, as I’m sitting here writing this, I have a huge smile on my face that I can’t erase. Apple today announced that leading auto manufacturers are rolling out CarPlay, the smarter, safer and more fun way to use iPhone in the car. CarPlay gives iPhone users an incredibly intuitive way to make calls, use Maps, listen to music and access messages with just a word or a touch. Award winning photographer Benjamin Lowy will be Judging the Head On Mobile competition, that we just mentioned here – as well as that he will be hosting a workshop in Sydney for the event. He began his career covering the Iraq War in 2003.
