MIRA 2014 Mobile Photography Exhibition This Weekend!
This weekend is a truly fabulous one to bask in the glory of mobile photography and art. Not only is there the NEM Kansas City 2014 Mobile Photography Exhibition, as mentioned here but also there’s the MIRA Mobile Photography Exhibition in Porto, Portugal, opening 6 September 2014 at 1600 hrs. Fifty artists have been shortlisted for this exhibition hosted by Manuela Matos Monteiro, with an illustrious Jury (including myself). NEM Kansas City 2014 Mobile Photography Exhibition This Weekend!
We’re so pleased to announce the NEM Kansas City 2014 Mobile Photography Exhibition Opening Reception this weekend September 5, 2014 and continues through to September 30, 2014. Forty artists have been shortlisted for this exhibition hosted by Andrea Bigiarini with illustrious jury members Gina Costa (TheAppWhisperer Columnnist) and Brett Chenoweth. NEM is a museum without walls committed to the humanistic initiative of the mobile arts. We at TheAppWhisperer have been inspired by the Flickr upgrade of 1 Terabyte of storage for everyone and have wanted to launch a mobile movie section for some time. Yes!!! We have just published our latest Flickr Group Showcase and it’s absolutely breathtaking, filled will wonderful mobile photography and art images from all around the world. Our regular readers will know that the site has been a little quiet for the past week or so. I have recently been through a major surgical operation and I’m certainly not up to full speed yet but I am healing and I am getting stronger.
