I love this story, one woman, Flora Borsi has the most fabulous sense of humor that I totally adore. She has photoshopped herself photographing iconic moments of our time within the frame. There are images of her shooting The Beetles, Marilyn Monroe, Andy Warhol, Elvis Presley and more. Most of the captures are of her with a mobile phone but some depict other cameras too, none detract from the total hilarity of the concept though. One photo a day projects are not new and in the mobile world they’re incredibly popular. PetaPixel have picked up a great story inspired by Noah Kalina’s Everyday project which actually features one self portrait a day and has been running since January 11, 2000. Kalina uploaded those images into time-lapse videos and they quickly went viral back in 2006 and 2012.
