Apple iPad 2 To Be Announced February 2011
According to MacRumors this morning, January 10, 2011, Kevin Rose founder of the Digg Social Network, has reported that he has received information from a ‘reliable source’ that Apple will be announcing their second-generation iPad within the next three weeks. Rose is quoted as saying ‘I have it on good authority that Apple will be announcing the iPad 2 in the next "3-4 weeks", possibly Tuesday February 1st. Apple To Ship 21 Million iPhones In 1Q11
Digitimes reports today that Apple will ship between 20-21 million iPhones in the first quarter of 2011. The first-quarter shipment goal for WCDMA iPhones has been adjusted from 13 million units to 14-15 million units, the sources said. The shipment goal for CDMA iPhones, which will be launched in North America and Asia Pacific in the first quarter, is set at 5-6 million units, the sources added. This is an interesting device from The M.I.C. store and not made by Apple but interesting nonetheless. It complies a USB port, but with limited power, and full size SD and microSD card slots. It’s available in white or black and could prove to be quite useful, at least until the iPad 2’s hit the store early next year.
