Sometimes we make magic, as long as we have hope over fear and we all know that Carolyn Hall Young would agree with that. As you know, she is very ill at the moment, in hospital. I was so delighted to receive a wonderful message a few days ago from the very talented mobile photographer Jill Lian. One of her images is to be featured in Apple’s new Shot on iPhone series with the emphasis on Colour. Apple Now Offers New Wide-Angle Accessory Lens with Optics by ZEISS
ZEISS and ExoLens have developed a wide-angle accessory lens kit that is available now from Apple. The first lens to be launched from the accessory lens collection is the new ExoLens with ZEISS Mutar 0.6x Asph T* wide-angle lens, which will be available in Apple stores and on apple.com starting 14 June 2016 and will retail at $199,95 US Dollar. In collaboration with its strategic partner ExoLens, ZEISS has developed the first aspherical lenses for mobile photographers that will forever raise the standard of mobile photography and videography. Finest Moment for Moment – Now In the Apple Store with $3 million Funding
Mobile hardware lens and case manufacturer Moment have perhaps achieved their finest moment. They have just raised $3 million in a new round of funding and also have been granted a partnership with Apple to sell their kit in 50 Apple Stores across the United States as well as online on Apple’s website. The brains behind Moment is Marc Barros, previously heading up the action sports camera company Contour. The Mobile Photography Kit is what Barros is counting on bringing more success – it consists of a case, lens and lens cap and is selling on the Apple shelves for $179.95 as you read this.
