Apple – Shot on iPhone 6 – World Gallery Mobile Movie Campaign
We are all aware of Apple’s incredible ‘Shot on iPhone’ campaign with billboards, print and transit ads published with artists’ photographs but today Apple have expanded the iPhone World Gallery campaign to mobile movies too. Demonstrating what users of an iPhone 6 can capture with the built in video tools and available apps. Seven videos have been selected to appear within the iPhone World Gallery on Television, cinemas and rich media ads and of course on Apple.com. The videos demonstrate various techniques available to the user including time-lapse, slo-mo and all hand held. Welcome the fifty-third showcase in our Mobile Movies Column, now curated and edited by Vanessa Vox and Giulia Baita. Every two weeks Vox and Baita will curate the movie uploads to our Flickr group MobileMoviesTheAppWhisperer. They will view all the videos uploaded and comment on the ones selected. Two New Editors for our Mobile Movies Column – Vanessa Vox and Giulia Baita
We are delighted to announce two new editors for our Mobile Movies Column, Vanessa Vox and Giulia Baita. Both are hugely supportive of this new and developing medium and are planning to invigorate this group. Baita obtained a degree in History and Contemporary Art and studies and supports examinations in History of Cinema at the University of Cagilari. She is a Professor of Italian and History and continues to cultivate her passion for art. Vox, studied Art History and Archaeology in Aix-en-Provence.
