The Latin American Mobgrafia (mobile photography) Festival, FLAMOB, is an unprecedented initiative in the image world which aims to promote visual production on mobile platforms. mObgraphia Cultura Visual produces in 2017 the 4th Festival edition at MIS – Museu da Imagem e do Som de São Paulo the most important visual arts venue in the country and during 45 days, displaying the exhibits as part of the official museum program. MIRA Mobile Prize 2016 ‘Connections’ Competition Results with Video Showcase
I am delighted to congratulate all the participants in this years MIRA Mobile Prize. I was fortunate to be a member of this Jury and I have been so impressed with all the entries. From six thousand images, to one overall winning image, with a further fifty finalist images to be Exhibited at MIRA FORUM, on 30 April 2016. It was no mean feat make this selection.
